1. Eligibility

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Munobet.com immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. Munobet.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
• You may not register more than one account.

3. How Munobet.com Works

• Prediction Tickets: Users can post their sports prediction tickets on the Munobet.com platform. A "prediction ticket" refers to a compilation of sports predictions (e.g., match outcomes, over/under, etc.) usually generated from licensed sports betting platforms, along with the associated potential winnings.
• Proof of Ticket: When posting a prediction ticket, you must provide clear and verifiable proof of the ticket, including but not limited to:
  • A screenshot or image of the full ticket showing all selections, odds, stake, and potential payout.
  • The unique ticket ID or booking code, if applicable, from the original betting platform.
  • The date and time the ticket was placed.
• Verification of Winning Tickets: After the conclusion of the sporting events on your prediction ticket, you are responsible for marking your ticket as "winning" on the Munobet.com platform. Munobet.com will then independently verify the outcome of your ticket against official results from reputable sports data providers. Only verified winning tickets will be eligible for payouts.
• Payouts: For every verified winning ticket, Munobet.com will pay out the amount indicated on the ticket as the "potential winnings" or "return," less any applicable service fees as outlined in Section 5. Payouts will be made via mobile money to the mobile money account linked to your Munobet.com account.

4. User Conduct and Content

• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the content you post, including your prediction tickets. You agree not to post any content that:
  • Is false, misleading, or deceptive.
  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
  • Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
  • Promotes gambling or any illegal activities to minors.
• Munobet.com reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate in Munobet.com's sole discretion.

• Service Fees: Munobet.com will deduct a service fee from every winning ticket payout. The current service fee percentage will be clearly displayed on the Munobet.com website and may be updated from time to time. By using the Service, you agree to these fees.
• Minimum Payout Threshold: There may be a minimum payout threshold. If your winning ticket payout is below this threshold, the amount will be held in your Munobet.com account until your combined winnings reach the minimum payout threshold.
• Payout Processing: Payouts will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 24-48 hours of a ticket being verified as winning. Delays may occur due to mobile money network issues, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Accuracy of Mobile Money Details: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your mobile money account details are accurate and up-to-date. Munobet.com will not be responsible for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect mobile money information provided by you.
• Taxes: You are solely responsible for any taxes that may be levied on your winnings according to the laws of your jurisdiction. Munobet.com will not be responsible for tax deductions or reporting unless required by law.

• Any outstanding winning payouts will be processed, subject to these Terms, upon account termination, provided there are no breaches of these Terms.

Munobet.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in Kampala, Uganda, in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Munobet.com regarding the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Munobet.com's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Munobet.com's prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms, without such consent, will be null and void. Munobet.com may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
